Wockhardt Global School students practice international mindedness!

WGS students of PYP 5 participated in the ‘The International Book Mark Project’, organised by the International Association of School Librarian’s (IASL) during Oct/Nov 2018 for children aged 12 and less years. The Theme of the project was “Learn to Decode your World”.
The basic idea of participation was to curate the students to understand international mindedness and also make friends with different countries to know their culture and traditions. With this idea in mind, PYP 5 students made book marks to be exchanged with Sućidar Elementary School, Croatia (the partner school assigned by the organizers). The Bookmark Exchange Project was a simple, fun way of sharing the pleasure and delights of books and libraries and of making new friends through school libraries worldwide.
